Relevant experience of at least 2 years should be able to manage about 150/200 calls and emails per day
Fluent in English and Hindi
Computer skills fluent in MS Office. The resource would have to work on the Auto Lease Customer Service IT System
The resource would have to register customer requests which come in via email and phone (he/ she would be the lone such resource) and pass them on to various other team members for execution. The team members would revert back to him/ her in a specified time frame and the resource would then close loop with end customers and close the case on the system.
Should be able to do a back end operational tasks (eg: take out customer account statements from the system) and formulate reports & MIS (would need basic analytical skills)
Should be a self driven individual capable of getting the job done.
