Job Description :
Looking after House Keeping Management
Handling all insurance part of employees, company vehicles & go-down .
Maintaining stock of stationary
Doing RTGS /NEFT , Looking after other banking matters & payments.
Monthly payment of electric and telecom & others.
Maintaining monthly cost sheet.
Keeping records of company assets given to employees.
Hotel booking / Air-Road-Train bookings.
Negotiating setting of new Offices/Guest houses,offices property to be given on rent etc.
Office hygiene , Office maintenance .
Maintenance of office cars / booking of vehicles.
Handling Events like office Picnic, Birthday celebrations.
All other activities as directed by directors .
