As Team Lead for CS Email & Chat process, you will lead a team of 20 consultants; continuously striving to improve the experience and satisfaction of customers ensuring we deliver an outstanding customer service experience, and build a team of subject matter experts.
Support and development of agents through mentoring, coaching and regular performance reviews; foster team spirit and driving high employee morale through effective leadership and change management.
A Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline is a must.
Total of 5-7 years of work experience, with 1-2 years as a supervisor managing employees in a high-volume, multi-channel contact center
Attrition handling, performance management, attendance management, CSAT
Strong on contact center metrics (AHT, TAT, shrinkage, RAG analysis etc.)
Strong analytical, problem solving and operational skills in a production-oriented work environment.
#Team Lead experience of 1.5 to 2 years on papers is mandatory.
#Candidate should be strong in metrics calculations and formulas for attrition, attendance, shrinkage (absenteeism), AHT, TAT, performance management etc.,
#Excellent Communication in English is required
#Flexibility to work on rotational shifts (Monthly rotations) (7AM to 4 PM and 4PM to 1AM)
#Cab facilities will be provided (Paid facility)
#Compensation offered (4.2 to 5+ LPA) based on candidate credibility
