Job Description

1. Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record

2. Previous experience in a customer service role on Email / Chat channels

3. Active user of Internet and online applications.

4. Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

5. Strong attention to detail.

6. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment

7. Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent

8. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift )

9. Technologically capable: have had experience troubleshooting personal electronic devices (e.g., personal computers, smart phones, tablets)

10. Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills

11. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
