Job Description :

The role is very dynamic and requires strong written, verbal, e-mail and telephonic communication and coordination. Open positions

1. Tele-Sales Executive – 100 positions

2. Executive Seller Activation – 150 positions

3. Seller On boarding Specialists (SOS) – 10 positions

4. Email & Chat executive – 10 Positions

Candidates knowing Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Marathi can also apply

1. Tele-Sales :

Responsibilities :

– Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for
the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
– Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific
industry sectors
– Proactively follow up

2. Executive Seller Activation :


1. Seller profiling and identifying client requirements.
2. Complete seller training about the process, guidelines, and panels.
3. Understanding client requirement and suggesting solutions based on that.
4. Addressing all seller queries and resolving concerns and issues if any.
5. Covering and completing all training steps as designed.
6. Consistent and regular seller training over call, mail, Team Viewer and webinars.
7. Ensuring complete seller satisfaction.
8. Helping and guiding seller in uploading new products.
9. Helping seller in order processing, packaging and shipping.
10. Suggesting and guiding sellers about how to grow their business online.
11. Achieving targets in terms of seller satisfaction.
12. Seller should be completely aware, Motivated, educated and trained when it gets transferred to other team.
13. Collecting seller feedback and sharing with reporting manager.

3. SOS position :

Responsibilities :

– Helping and guiding sellers for process.
– Educating seller for listing their products on Snapdeal.com portal.
– The candidate has to ensure complete tracking of account status.
– Ensure maximum sellers on-boarding.
