Handling customer calls and resolving their queries via phone, emails and chats.
Maintaining daily reports.
Answer calls professionally to provide support to clients and customers.
Analyzing & categorizing issue reported and schedule appointments for follow ups.
Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
Maintain call logs and report the details to the supervisor.
Provide feedback to clients when r3 to 5 yrsequired.
Familiarity with social media and concepts of e-commerce business and marketing.
Number crunching attitude, ability to look at large amount of data and make sense of it.
Handle upset and escalated calls.
