Job Description :
Strong in communication
Experience in handling EPABX System
Responding to incoming and outgoing calls
Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, conference telephone & Interview calls
Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers
Maintaining attendance register, Time sheet entries, Access card & Leaves record.
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies & First Aid Kit
Documentation work related to time sheet, coffee machine usage, pest control etc.
Coordinating for any repair and maintenance of office equipment
Travel desk & Logistics booking International, Domestic, Train & Bus Tickets
Supervising & managing administrative services
Perform clerical duties in order to maintain office administration.
