Job Description :

o 24×7 Environment, Flexibility, Stability
o 1+ yr. of Exp. in Service Desk preferred
o Remedy tool knowledge preferred. Good to have hands on experience on Remedy (NetKT 10.5 Ver.)
o Escalations and notification management (keep Management & other business units informed)
o Perform 1st level fault diagnosis/L1 Incident Management
o ITIL certified (Optional)
o Should possess good Reporting & Presentation skills
o Fault Finding & Data Analysis skills
o Ability to comprehend working on ticketing tools
o Good organizational & time-management skills
o Prompt/Balanced decision making in high pressure environment
o Good interpersonal skills to liaise with customer (Both Internal/External)
o Excellent Communication Skills, both spoken and written with excellent comprehension of English language
o Team Management
o SLA Management
o Ability to work effectively in a team

Skill Set:

Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Ability to work in flexible schedule
Any Graduate ( BE/ BTECHS need not apply )
1+ yr. Service Desk Experience preferred
BE/BTechs with 1 year experience in Service Desk can apply.
