Job Profile / Description:
The incumbent would be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships of the bank by leveraging its multiple products portfolio.
The incumbent needs to have good knowledge of Consumer Banking products, Life Insurance, General Insurance etc.
Achieve sales targets and provide Customer service by managing assigned portfolio of customers for the Bank through phone.
Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the relationships.
Responsible for ensuring high quality service ,Key Customer Relationship Management & achievement of targets on all product level campaigns.
Effectively service inbound/ outbound calls to customers.
Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc.
Enhance the value of existing accounts of Current account & saving account customers.
Retention of accounts
Experience : 6 Months to 3 yrs
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Effective telephone etiquettes
Good verbal communication skills
Language Proficiency English, Hindi, and if any other Regional Language – TAMIL, Oriya, Telegu, Malyalam
