Sales and Operations Manager-SPA- for Delhi NCR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports to: Director Sales and Operations

JOB SUMMARY:

Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.
Develop and Setup the new SPAs in Delhi NCR zone and Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the all the SPAs through the respective SPA ops managers to achieve sales goals, business objectives and established productivity targets. Uphold and exemplify company standards in all efforts and procedures. Ensure that the spa area is up to standard at all times.

This role has excellent growth potential of becoming Regional Business Head within 18 months based upon your performance.

DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Marketing

• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.

• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
Operations

• Plan and Take charge of setting up new SPA facilities as per plan in coordination with various third party vendors.

• Make sure that the Units/Facilities are up and running as scheduled.

• Marketing for the new launch and promoting the existing facilities/units.

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly goals and develop the Units to meet revenue objectives

• Coordinate meetings & regular communication updates

• Identify training needs in technical expertise and arrange for the trainer to train as needed

• Communicate performance expectations while encouraging a team environment and high quality of customer service standards

• Perform 1:1 monthly meetings with the staff on their performance

• Conduct daily and weekly follow-up meetings with your identified targeted technicians.

• Coach for performance the ongoing series sales, promotions or featured contests designed to meet company goals

• Inform the estheticians of upcoming training designed to improve their performance and skills

• Regularly organize events to drive business as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Management experience in a fast pace Wellness SPA with knowledge of setting up and expanding the spa business. A person in retail industry at similar role can also be considered.

• Highly motivated team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

• People oriented with strong customer-service skills and public relations skills

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills to perform diverse operational duties

• Working knowledge of computers and standard software

• Spa industry experience and knowledge is a big benefit.

• Analytical skills with ability to identify and uncover obstacles and follow through to meet over all business goals

• Passion for excellence

• Available to work varied hours/weekends, evenings, holidays.

Remuneration

Will be at par with industry with very attractive incentives and perks.
