Job Description:

The Infrastructure Project and Business Management team provides the project, program, and administrative expertise to manage the Operations and Infrastructure organization.
We are looking for Analysts that could conduct tracking and reporting on financials and deliverables, develop the Operations and Infrastructure Annual Operating Plan and prepare Monthly Business Review documents.
This position would also support the Project Management team with financial inquiries and conduct end of year capital target tracking.
We are looking to create consistency in how we manage financials as well as all administrative functions across Operations and Infrastructure.
The role would include interfacing with the Business Management and Administration teams across the Operations and Infrastructure organization.
The role requires good problem solving skills, logical thinking, and ability to learn complicated financial processes.
Coupled with being comfortable in Excel, the candidate should also have a good understanding of basic financial concepts. In addition to delivering technically, the candidate will lead by example, be self-motivated, and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Requirements:

Excellent Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Experience with Oracle Financials systems, a plus.
Solid analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
Independent judgment and mature decision making skills.
Ability to work independently, yet seamlessly integrates activities with other cross-functional team members when needed.
Demonstrates good attention to details.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Understands project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
