As a Web Solutions Specialist with BigRock, you are the custodian of our customers’ continued trust in us for their critical web hosting and domain name needs.
In this role you will be the first point of contact with our client base, and be responsible for ensuring the speedy investigation, resolution, and escalation of technical issues for our various products. The friendliness and efficiency of our support is something we are incredibly proud of, and it is a very important reason for our success and our rapid growth.
Being the front line support for customers over email, phone, or other channels
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our domain name and hosting products
Up-selling and cross-selling BigRock products to qualified customers where appropriate
Investigating and identifying solutions to various kinds of technical issues spanning DNS, business email, hosting, and associated products
Escalating complex system-wide issues or bugs to L2 support and software engineering teams
Ensuring speedy resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Reviewing existing product documentation and publishing documentation in internal & external knowledge bases
Age: 27 or lesser
Experience: 0-1 year in Customer Service or similar capacity, preferably on an IT platform
Educational Qualifications : Graduate from any stream.Any Engineering, or BSc (IT or Computers) preferred

Strong customer interaction skills and ability to work in a variety of customer situations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to solve complex problems quickly, inventively and resourcefully.
Good working knowledge of computers and the Internet; strong ability to develop new skills.
Highly motivated and energetic team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work in shifts (including at night and on holidays)

Domain names and domain name registration
PHP,Perl,ASP, dotNET, Perl and FastCGI
