– Manage multiple sellers across categories to deliver on monthly targets (revenue growth, improved traffic and customer delight).
– Drive seller relations through intentory planning, managing margins and assorment.
– Plan and execute promotion activites in line with category/festive promotions.
– Measure key metrics and maintain sales data and to optimize sales across sellers.
– Resolve sellers queries.
– Provides timely information on consumer insights and sale rates to sellers, to optimize sales growth.
– Improve seller visibility on website through mailers, banners, web page design to improve sales.
– Ensure that product descriptions and technical specifications are explained in simple customer centric language to attract customers.
– Ensure Vendor SLAs are adhered with timely shipment to the customers.
