Desired Qualification :
# B.Sc / BCA / B.Com / BA / BBA / BBM
# BE / B.Tech / MCA

Desired Experience :
# For B.Sc/BCA/B.Com/BA/BBA/BBM : 1 to 3 Years (Mandatory)
# For BE/B.Tech/MCA : 6 Months to 1 Years (Mandatory)

Skills : Service Desk, IT Helpdesk, Technical Voice Support

Desired Skills :
# Should have 1 year of experience with an international call center
# Should possess 60% and above throughout academics
# An ITIL qualification is preferable but not essential
# MCP certification would be desirable
# Excellent communication skills
# Excellent organizational skills
# Willing to work round the clock (24/7)
# 1 years previous IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience required
# Incident Management experience Managing incidents including business expectations and communication
# Basic User and Security Group Active Directory administration (Not mandate)
# Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7 and Office 2007
# Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook 2007 within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, and delegation)
# Willing to work in night shifts
# Willing to sign 2 years of Service agreement

Job Description :
# Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and staff regarding IT issues and queries
# Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone
# 1st line support – troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Blackberrys, Laptops, PCs and Printers
# Troubleshoot basic network issues
# Escalate unresolved calls to the L2 support team
# Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system (HPSM)
# Take ownership of user issues and follow up the status of issues on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
# To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
# Update the entire team when a new resolution identified, get the KEDB updated
