Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

India Large Customer Sales (iLCS) is in a great position to help guide our Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams and large customers through this complexity, simplify the sales process and provide a great customer experience. We are seeking leaders who can help drive this effort.

In this role you will have strong knowledge of our advertising products. You will be an expert in Search/Display advertising and be the in-house consultant for on all aspects on the product. You will drive and execute on projects which impact product business growth at scale in a given sector. As a Solutions Specialist in iLCS you will implement and consult on key products, and drive sector growth through at-scale projects for those products.

  • Partner with sector heads, in-market stakeholders and iLCS vertical managers on their key priorities and help teams deliver against their big bets for the quarter. Engage with the LCS sales teams, solution activation teams and key Product stakeholders.
  • Project manage and scale product solutions across verticals and sectors.
  • Anticipate product and business growth challenges and identify patterns to propose solutions.
  • Specialize in one of the key product areas (Search, Display, Video, Mobile) and act as a consultant for the Account Optimizers in your sector for their tasks and client issues.
  • Implement new products and betas based on sector priorities and support the Account Optimizers.
Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
  • High degree of initiative and proven ability to manage projects and execute.
  • Highly skilled in building influential relationships and delivering in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to tackle difficult business problems.
  • Excellent leadership, strong communication, interpersonal and team skills.
