# Handling customer queries / issues in the store related to Apple (Mobile, Laptop and Desktop).
# Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues / queries.
# Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
Desired Profile :
# Knowledge on computer hardware and software is added advantage.
# Excellent language fluency, excellent verbal and written communication skill.
# Should be able to handle customer queries and should aim at customer delight.
# Should be technically sound.
# Self driven and goal oriented.
