Job description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Project Management of R&D activities, including software architecture, design, implementation, functional test, performance test, documentation, and L3/4 customer support
Work with product manager (PLM), software developers and customer project teams to analyze product and customer requirements and develop work estimates
Interface with the remote TPMs to help running the PLC of all deliverables under the platform umbrella.
Manage all R&D project activities using ALU PLC and agile development process & tools to deliver a quality product within agreed schedules
Coordinate work of Motive performance test and security test teams to ensure product meets requirements
Work with PLM to help run Project Core Team meetings and deliver all PLC documentation
Coordinate R&D team support for professional services teams in the execution of customer projects
Works with the remote team members of the team and collaborate with various stakeholders across the globe.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science or engineering
At least 8 years of software development experience, and 4 years of project management experience, Project Management Professional certification a plus
Experience and knowledge of Java based Software Development and Testing
Experience in JS UI libraries, AJAX, Backbone, Angular, JQuery, HTML5, CSS
Good expertise working/managing Ux and UI design and implementation
Experience with agile software development methodology and tools, specific knowledge of Jira, Subversion, and Bamboo a plus.
Proficiency with computer systems, data management concepts and database structures
Software skills (REST, SOAP, SQL, Java, Websphere, C++, Python, Scala)
Domain expertise in call center and/or workflow analytics
Familiarity with Motive products, especially HDM, MDM, and SMP
Ability to communicate with customers and customer’s customers
Excellent communication skills in English
Excellent time management and presentation skills
Prior experience in working and managing multi-sited development teams and good cross cultural skills
Desired Skills and Experience
