Job Details :
# 6 Days Full Time Job with 8 Hours per day of Working.
# There will be no Employment Bond.
# Yes, 7-10 days training period and Probation period is 6 months.

Job Role :
# To attend field meetings with customers punctually and regularly.
# Must file DAR (Daily Activity Report) on daily basis with complete details of customer (Name, Ph number, address, etc).
# Responsible for acquiring business.
# Establishing and maintaining current and potential customer relationships.
# Giving demonstration to the customer on products. The executive should understand technicality of the products before meeting customers.
# Ensure adherence to defined sales process, code of conduct and rules of the company.
# Should be able to convert solid leads given by company.
# Should show quality of future leader, and develop managerial skills using available resources.

Selection Process :
# PPT > GD > PI > HR
# GD and PI are elimination Rounds
# Offer Letters will be given on the same day of recruitment.

Important Instructions :
# Step 1 : Report at the Counter mentioned in your confirmation email before 10 AM.
# Step 2 : Show photocopies of all the DMCs to the Counter Representative.
# Step 3 : Tell him your 10 digit registered mobile number / email address . Counter Representative will assign you a Process Identification Number written on a Slip
# Step 4 : In all your rounds of interview, you will be called by the Process Identification Number.
# Step 5 : Results of rounds will be displayed on Result Board / Screen using Process Identification Number.
# Step 6 : After getting your process Identification Number proceed to Seminar Hall
# Step 7 : Company HR will interact with appearing Candidates.
# Lunch time will be from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
# The selection process is a single day process and final selections will be declared by the evening.
