Candidates with experience in IT Hiring will be given preference.
Approve Resumes / Salary of candidates for submissions and submittal.
Communication with counterparts for specific requirements/s submittals / bottle-necks or any other problem.
Daily snapshot of the positions.
Should have good communication and convincing skills.
Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
Excellent negotiation and Team skills.
Should have sound Technical Background (Candidates with Technical qualification or prior IT Recruitments experience would be preferred).
Applicant should have good understanding of technology.
Applicant should be willing to work 9:30 AM To 6:30 PM.
Take care of the End to End recruitment cycle.
Understand the requirement and client’s need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
Working on different Job portal such as Naukri, Monster, etc.
Negotiate the salary with the candidates.
Maintain regular reports and MIS.
Source, Identify prospective IT candidates using various job portals.
Should have hands on experience of working with Clients.
Expertise in entire IT Recruitment Process starting from Validation of requirements, Initial phone screen, confirming their go ahead on an e-mail prior to submission, following up with consultants after submission, Interview process and Final closure.
Experienced in handling functions related to IT / Engineering Recruitment professionals domains on contract.
End To End Recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, Client Acquisition, Client Servicing.
