# Fundamental Technical knowhow on system trouble shooting, few prominent knowledge areas are:
– Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (9X, NT, 2000, XP)
– Microsoft Office
– Network Connectivity
– Print Services
– E-Mail and Internet mail
– Familiar with Lotus Notes and MS Outlook email clients.
# Excellent communication skills, with neutral accent.
# Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes.
# Responsible in solving Network related issues to Clients either through call or Telephonic.
# Candidates will be dealing with Us and Uk clients.
# Month – on – Month bases, the shift timings will change according to the clients they are dealing with.
