The primary purpose of this role is to
1) Customer Interaction over –
o Alert Responses and Emails andor Phone calls during issues.
2)Case Management –
o Opening cases and resolving issues
o Ensure proper documentation
o Follow proper case workflow – including case origination and closure, as well as triage to Client Support and other departments
3)Handling Alerts –
o Ensuring customer SLA’s are followed – timely response and resolution.
o Qualifying alerts
o Dashboard – Setting status of alerts, sending Alert Responses, opening cases
o Responding to and resolving customer issues/alerts as outlined in Support Procedures
o Ensuring proper turnover of site issues to next shift members.
o Following directionSite Manager’s and shift-in-charge personnel
o Understanding the Alerting tools
o Other duties as assigned
4) Daily Tasksmaintenance –
o Basic level Daily DBA Taskschecks on client site servers.

Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
