1. Satisfaction of patrons by providing friendly, fast, consistent and professional service.
2. Contribute in every way possible to the profitability of the outlet by ensuring speedy, reliable and correct dispatching of Captain Orders.
3. Assist in the department by cleaning, clearing and/or re-setting the areas for re-use.
4. Will take particular care not to incur unnecessary expenses through breakages or losses of operating equipment and careless spoiling of condiments.
5. You will make it a point to learn the mode of preparation and the ingredients used in each dish.
6. Establish excellent rapport between yourself, your Captain and the waiter.
7. Must be totally familiar with the proper names, the usage and the deployment of all service equipment.
8. Train yourself in the knowledge of wines and all other beverages, and the sequence of service of the same.
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management with 1 or more years of experience in F & B Service.
*Candidate should have good English communication skills and pleasing personality.
