Job Description

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

You are a charismatic leader who will be responsible for leading teams of Digital Media Strategists who work collaboratively with in-market regional Sales organizations to grow business from our Premier SMB (Small to Medium-sized Business) customers in North America and APAC. Digital Media Strategists take the lead in developing and executing integrated Google Media Solutions and Strategies. As Head of Solution Planning and Delivery, you empower your organization to provide consultative and strategic direction to our Premier SMB customers on how to enable business growth through the medium of digital advertising.


Demonstrate thought leadership and innovation in digital advertising sales and operations.

Co-lead go-to-market and business growth opportunities for the SMB segment.

Coach and mentor line managers who lead large teams of digital media strategists.

Achieve quarterly ad targets and growth objectives for multiple regions and segments.

Minimum qualifications

MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of post MBA experience or 10 years of experience in the advertising and/or media industry.

5 years of sales delivery/client engagement or operations experience in sales, marketing operations or sales enablement.

5 years of experience managing teams.

Preferred qualifications

Ability to identify and prioritize strategic and/or tactical business opportunities.

Strategy consulting experience in the media Industry or experience as a senior/group manager in the advertising industry.

Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious business growth year on year.

Excellent analytical and structured problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to develop these skills in others.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with and influence executive leadership.
