Job Description :
1. UK based non voice emailing process.
2. Resolving the queries of UK based customers via Email.
1. Candidate must be graduate.
2. Graduate freshers/ experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
3. International BPO experience will be added advantage.
MBA, MCA, MMS, BE, BTech, CA, CS candidates are not eligible to apply.
Shift Timings : 9.30am – 6.30pm & 6.30pm – 3.30am.
Pick up and drop facility will be provided by the company .
Only 5days a week Working 2days Fixed off
Candidates should be ready to work in rotational night shifts. (Mandatory).
Interview Rounds :
1. Online test.
2. Email writing test. (related to customer query).
3. Face to face interview with operation manager.
