We are currently looking out for MBA Fresher (2014 / 2015 pass out) only.
Organise, Recruit & Handle a team of Agency Partners (AP).
Selection to on boarding of the APs and responsible for APs income
Start moving on the LA activation and premium
Plan goals & performance needs for APs in a periodic manner
Run telephone appointment sessions
Manage prospecting activity in the field
Provide operational support to the team by day to day interactions with support functions whenever required.
Develop the team by regularly coaching & training them.
Complete ownership of the Agency Partners in his team (From Selection to On boarding to Business Generation)
Walk-in on 1 July 2015, from 10.30 AM To 4.00 P.M.
