- Will be required to handle and answer all requests via all mediums (Phone & Offline) as per the process guidelines.
- Basic Computer knowledge and Good typing speed.
- Should be a graduate, 0.6 – 3 years international call center experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills with quick learning ability is a must.
- Excellent Customer Handling and escalation management ability.
