- To Provide Technical support for VEC and VBC portals. Communicate status and resolution details to customers through calls and emails.
- Investigate and resolve tickets related to user training issue.
- Investigate and assign with relevant information to Development team for code issues and follow up with the development team for resolution.
- Coordinate and attend conference calls with Development team regarding Tickets missing SLAs and escalate issues in danger of missing SLAs.
- Follow up on open issues diligently towards closure.
