  •  Develop macro understanding of ACS / HBS / GBO organization
  •  Develop stakeholder relationships to seek inputs on GBO specific priorities for the AOP year / Strategic objectives
  •  Develop understanding of key departmental / functional processes, metrics & priorities
  •  Proactively use official channels / forums to build networks with key customers & other team members 0

Operational Active involvement over assigned deliverables within target timelines

  •  Proactive involvement on additional projects as assigned

Develop HOS understanding for the site and its linkage with the site / function

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Graduation / Engineeringa pedigree institution
  •  Consistent academic credentials of min 70% grades
