Responsible for giving Technical troubleshooting support.
Skills Required :
- Excellent Communication skills with clarity of Speech & Grammar
- Pronunciation, Sentence Structure, Vocabulary, Fluency, Comprehension, Interaction
- Computer knowledge – Operating a Windows OS based system with good keyboard skills
- Fixed compensation is at INR 15,700 to 21,200 per month for Full Time employees.
- There are various incentives scheme over and above this fixed salary.
- A working shift would be general for 9 hours (Any nine hours in the 9.00 am to 9.00 pm time window). (The company does not align females employees in night shift)
