Description :

  • Structure an effective project team and management the associated staff
  • Report to the Technical Director and take responsibility for the performance of your area of responsibility on a project including leadership, resource management and task allocation
  • Responsible for the delivery of our obligations and internal project performance on various projects/ commissions
  • Effective communication across the project delivery, client and stakeholder teams
  • Leading on problem solving and decision making
  • Deputise for the Projects Director when required
  • Managing internal and external commercial aspects of projects over a range of contractual arrangements
  • Adoption of project and business management systems across project teams
  • Providing well founded advice and guidance to members of your project team
  • Supporting the development of business in a specific sector or with a specific client
  • Securing opportunity and repeat business through the high quality of your/your teams service delivery


  • Degree in a related technical subject – Electrical, Mechanical or Civil/Structural from a recognized University or Institution.
  • Professional qualification from recognized Project Management or similar body
  • Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of qualifications.
  • Substantial experience in the project management of projects
  • Good experience and working knowledge of project controls, such as scheduling, risk management, cost control, change control and reporting
  • Diligent and able to analyse complex proposals
  • Has strong track record of ensuring project performance and delivery
  • Has excellent communication skills and is able to relate to others at all levels
  • Has strong leadership skills
  • Strong client and stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Effective communication, with Clients, project team and business manager
