  • You will work in close cooperation with the BU Officers and the BU Controller. As such, you will provide overall support for the management of the client portfolio profitability, as well as other support in the areas of Finance & Controlling and of Client Relationship Management. You will give general support for all project management related tasks. This includes the following responsibilities:
  • Together with the group of BUCC Officers, you will be responsible for the adequacy and efficiency of the project transactions (WIP, Subcontracting, Transfers, Write-Ups, Write-Offs…)
  • You will review and approve the timesheets and expenses of all professionals following policies and procedures
  • You will assist in chasing missing timesheets and missing receipts for expenses
  • You will make sure that the necessary authorizations are obtained prior to processing certain transactions in SAP

Key Skills:

  • You have preferably a bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or Economics or equivalent by experience in a simila position (related to accounting administration and book keeping) ;
  • You are assertive, have good organizational and communication skills;
  • You have fluent communication skills in English;
  • You are precise and accurate and you like to do administrative work;
  • You have thorough knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel);
  • You are able to work independently and in a team;
  •  You are accurate in your execution;
  • You have an eye for detail and work in a structured, systematic and orderly manner
