JD for Deployment Service Engineer :
The main responsibility of Deployment Service Engineer is
- Product Installation
- Product troubleshooting
- Product Support
- Diploma is CS/IT.
- Good Communication skills.
CTC: 1.5 LPA for the first three Months (Probation). 2.0 Post confirmation.
Software Support Engineer :
- Logging and resolving customer issues related to software’s (Company owned product and third party products)
- Multiple product handling (Network Management Tool, Infrastructure Management suite, Cloud portal etc.)
- Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team
- Deploying of software patches
- Knowledge Area
- Knowledge on Windows/Linus operating system
- Knowledge on SQL databases (ODBC connections/ Database Querying)
- Basic knowledge on Network
- Knowledge on coding logic
- Added Advantage: Python, Java
- Should have good Communication skills
- Ability to understand and quickly grasp new tasks and ideas
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Possess a strong desire for self-improvement and advancement
