- The role of a Customer Service Associate involves communicating with customers primarily through e-mail,chat and phone and utilizing a variety of softwrare tools to navigate customer accounts,review policies and communicate effective solutiona at a fun and fast placed environment
- Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply.
- We are looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication,comprehension and problem solving skills
- Familarity with MS-Office,Internet Explorer and good typing skills are required
