Role Description
Enterprise service desk (Techline) carries out service desk function for Fidelity, operating in a 24X7 model. The incumbent will be responsible for voice, chat and ticket support for Fidelity employees. The role involves working in rotational shifts. The job responsibilities include:
·         Provide technical guidance and support to resolve problems or malfunctions in systems, applications, hardware and software.
·         Document, evaluate, resolve and track inquiries pertaining to the functional operation ofinstalled hardware and software products
·         Coordinate new user access and systems setup with various support groups
·         Collaborate with vendors and systems support units in problem identification and resolution
·         Coordinate with the end-user community, team members and various support groups when major problems are suspected
Candidate Description
·         Excellent knowledge of Windows XP/7 PC troubleshooting
·         Knowledge on Outlook, Blackberry, VPN, Mac, IPad and IPhone is preferred

·         Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Qualifications
 
Education and Experience 
·         Diploma/BE/BTech in any discipline
