Customer Service Associate (Full-time/Part-Time/Fixed Term contract)
The job of Customer Service Associate involves communicating with the customers through different mediums (Email/Chat/Phone) by utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, review policies and communicate effective solutions. Those who are interested to apply for the part time positions should be open to work for 5.5 hours a day over 5 days a week.
Seller Support Associate (Full-time)
The Seller Support Associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our third party sellers, providing phone and/or email support governed by internal service level agreements. The Seller Support Associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to third party Sellers on the Amazon platform. A Seller Support Associate is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and work effectively in teams.
We are looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication, comprehension and problem solving skills. Familiarity with MS-Office, Internet Explorer and good typing skills is required. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment. Education Qualification required is 10+2 for Customer Service and Graduation for Seller Support.
