# Technical Support Associates for Asia Pacific Customers.
# Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
# Solving Hardware & Software Issues.
# Technical Trouble-shooting for Asia Pacific customers over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES).
# Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English & Hindi.
# Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational).
# Predominantly DAY SHIFT (9am-9pm).
# Should be ready to work in late evening shifts, basis business requirement.
# Fresher & Experienced candidates (18-45 years of age).
# Only Graduates are eligible.
# Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred.
# CA, CS, PGDM, MSc IT, M.Tech, MBA, MCA etc. (or equivalent) are NOT eligible.
