# As this is a field job, it involves traveling to customer premises and doing installation of and Trouble shooting of customer’s technical issue.
# Take full ownership of the call and ensure that both technical as well as non-technical issues are resolved.
# Respond to service requests in a timely manner during anytime of the day as required.
# Communicates / works closely with Support center or his immediate Superior.
# Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
