# Its a program which provides resolution to customers queries through chatting.
# The offline work includes auditing customers bill correction, making corrections on the customers accounts, addressing customers concern sent through Faxes, completes orders and requests placed online.
# Must possess procedure driven judgment in order to find the best solution to an issue.
# Its also Involves Upselling of Products via Chat.
# Must possess excellent PC and key-boarding skills.
# No B.E, B.Tech Fresher. 10+2 or 10+3 with minimum of 6 months of experience.
# People with prior chat experience are preferred.
# Should have minimum of 25 WPM in typing.
# Willing to work in rotational Shifts.
