Job Description:

# Spearhead the lateral recruitment program for the organization and ensure top quality talent.
# Strategize and plan manpower budgeting and job requirements in co-ordination with the functional leadership.
# Experience with myriad sourcing strategies including portals, ads, consultants, social networking, conferences, headhunting etc.
# Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process.
# Demonstrable creativity with respect to sourcing candidates.
# Create job postings for all campaigns (social media, online, print, walk-ins).
# Must be adept at leveraging online and social media recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
# Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and other recruiting activities.
# Help with employee on-boarding and retention activities.

Key Responsibilities:

# Should be well-versed with job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Bullhorn Reach, Talentnow Connect.
# Minimum 1year experience in Technical Recruiting or related work.
# Familiar with different technologies in market.
# Well-organized and effective communicator – both verbal and written. Ability to present an opportunity well.
# Ability to multi-task, follow-up skills, sense of urgency, energetic.
# Prioritization skills.
