# Candidate with 1-2 year experience in International call center. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
# To Provide Technical support for VEC and VBC portals. Communicate status and resolution details to customers through calls and emails.
# Investigate and resolve tickets related to user training issue.
# Investigate and assign with relevant information to Dev team for code issues and follow up with the development team for resolution.
# Coordinate and attend conference calls with Dev team regarding Tickets missing SLAs and escalate issues in danger of missing SLAs.
# Follow up on open issues diligently towards closure.
