# Ability to articulate and be precise in written and verbal communications.
# Able to coordinate network project tasks and maintenance windows with user community, peer network staff, and Change Management team.
# Ability to work with vendors and be professionally assertive when required.
# Able to relate information to technical and non-technical users, peers and senior leaders.
# Able to process ITAM and MACD items, and coordinate maintenance windows with user community and Change Management team.
# Able to work in Remedy on a list of delegated requests and incidents that must be completed within a fixed SLA.
# Ability to assign Remedy tickets to peer staff based on resource availability and competency.
# Review performance metrics for circuits and equipment and proactively open and resolve issues when need arises.
# Provide documentation as required including Asset Management, Smart-Net, RMA processing, IP management, Visio network topology, and others as required.
# 1-2 years hands-on experience with Remedy or similar major ticketing systems.
# 1-2 years experience coordinating with end users and peers, preferably in multiple IT disciplines.
# Knowledge of networking concepts and ability to competently speak to peers, other IT disciplines, and end users.
# Some working experience with network environments.
# Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
