Job Description

Walkin Dates :   8th to 12th Dec

A-23, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi

  • Log Customer calls
  • Use troubleshooting techniques to solve the issue
  • Provide first level support to customer
  • Update knowledge of customers product line and service offerings ,current products and technologies
  • Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed
  • Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems

Desired Candidate Profile

Language Assessment Threshold-Versant 65+ for males, 60+ for females

Operations Interaction-Mandate

Regional languages-Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Telegu, Tamil

Shift Window (After Training)-70% day shift, 30% night shift

Cab- Only in Odd hours
