Desired Skills & Experience
• A degree in computer science, software engineering, IT or related subjects
• 1 to 3 years of Software Development and/or Customer Technical Support experience
• Knowledge and skills in several of the following areas: o Data Mining, Visualization, Usability
o TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, Proxy, Load balancing o Network troubleshooting – application logs/pcap
o Microsoft IIS, ASP.NET
o LDAP, NTLM, Kerberos, Active Directory o C#, JavaScript, (Iron)Python o SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata o Java, JSP, Tomcat o Windows administration o Linux / Unix administration o Statistics, R, S-PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer orientated attitude
• Comfortable with a high-volume workload with the ability to multi-task and priorities
• Passion for learning new technologies
• Proven capability to own, drive and take responsibility
• Ability to work in an international multi-site environment
• Flexibility to work in different shifts.
