Associate Engineer:

Description:

  • The individual should be able to work effectively in a team whilst enthusing others to do the same for achievement of common goals of the team.
  • To clearly understand the Ticket raised in CRM and document the requirements.
  • To comply to agreed SLA/ customer timelines and adhere to the high quality norms set to ensure zero-error.
  • Improving skill level through Self-development / nominating training programs Skill Reverification Tests.
  • DFP (Desktop for Publishers) tool Technical support with HTML, Java Script and CSS.
  • Maintaining the process defined Quality standards.
  • Compliance to company/client data security and process policies.

Eligibility:

  • Must be B.Tech (CSE)/B.E./MCA/BCA/BSE IT/{ Would appreciate additional Technical Certifications (CCNA, CCNP etc..)}.
  • Fresher’s or experience in Telecom domain
  • Good Spoken and Written English skills
  • Knowledge about Signal flow/Data Transmission
  • Basic knowledge of Telecom Technology CDMA/GSM/Ethernet
  • Fare understanding of Wireline & Wireless Network Technologies
  • Awareness about SWITCH, MUX, DEMUX & ROUTER along with their functionalities
  • Must be Good in Analytical Thinking & Reasoning skills

  • Shifts – Hiring for voice process, Female last logout 12 am and males 24/7 shifts
  • Working days – 5 working days and 2 rotational offs.
