- Excellent communication skills – English (verbal/written).
- Internal team coordination over email/call.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Handle the merchant escalations interactively
- Education Qualification- Graduate (Complete)
- Experience- Fresher/Candidate with over 1 years of Voice calling experience in customer
service voice operations.
- Flexible to work in challenging work environment.
- Organized and Methodical to proactively follow up with merchants as committed.
- Result Oriented as attainment of KPI has to be 100%.
- Target and deadline driven & Self-Motivated.
- MS Excel knowledge is a must
