  • Manage a team of Service Desk Analysts providing support across 24×7
  • Responsible for Service Levels ASA, Abandon, FCR etc. and managing team of 15-20 Analysts.
  • Delivery – The incumbent is required to study the DD/transition documents and gain understanding of customer business Contribute to KM activities create / edit SOP s based on any changes in the Support environment.
